Welcome to Arts Career Expo 2012!

Don’t know what to do with that Arts degree? Tired of hearing that a BA leads nowhere? Well, that’s not the case – just head to ACE!

The Arts Career Expo is an annual event in the Faculty of Arts that brings together students and Bachelor of Arts alumni in an evening of panel sessions discussing the diversity of career paths available to graduates.  Organized by a student planning committee, the evening is designed to inspire and educate Arts students of the numerous potential career options available to them through their BA or BFA. Consisting of 12 discussion panels, UBC Arts alumni share their experiences and advice on their journey from the classroom to the “real world.” The event concludes with a “Mix-&-Mingle” session, where students can interact one-on-one with alumni over refreshments.

ACE 2012 features over 40 alumni from various professional fields, such as law, business, the non-profit sector and more!
