How to Contact an International Academic Advisor
Current international students can book an appointment by email artsinternational@exchange.ubc.ca.
Or, contact Arts Academic Advising Services at 604.822.4028 / arts.askme@ubc.ca and identifying yourself as an international student.
Please provide: your name, student number, and clear and complete details about why you want advising.
If an international academic advisor is not available or you want to make an appointment with another advisor, you can go to Arts Academic Advising Services for a drop-in appointment.

International Peer Advisors
The International Peer Advisors (IPAs) are dedicated to assisting international students with issues including immigration, health insurance, employment, cultural transitions, and campus services.
International Peer Advisors are available to help you and answer your questions. You can visit them at the following times:
International House: Monday - Wednesday 1–3pm, Thursday & Friday 2–4pm
IKBLC: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 12:00 - 2:00pm
Place Vanier: Tuesday 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Totem Park: Thursday 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Online advising: Mon., Tues., Wed. & Fri. 12:00—2:00pm
